Hank Ackerman

Hank Ackerman is an innovative and accomplished supply chain and performance improvement leader. He fixes and builds underperforming, distressed businesses. Established capabilities include end-to-end supply chain, strategy development, process deployment, operational transformation & profit improvement. His extensive manufacturing acumen covers Chemicals, Metals, Paper and Plastics, as well as six years at a restructuring firm.

Kent Dolby

Kent Dolby has over 30 years of Business Strategy, Process Optimization and Technology Innovation experience. His 26 year career at Accenture included work with companies making everything from toothpaste to nuclear submarines to chemicals. As the founding CEO for Elemica, he created a new business architecture providing sustainable operational cost savings for their clients. Kent has a BS in Engineering and an MBA both from Cornell.

Kent Dolby

Kent Dolby has over 30 years of Business Strategy, Process Optimization and Technology Innovation experience. His 26 year career at Accenture included work with companies making everything from toothpaste to nuclear submarines to chemicals. As the founding CEO for Elemica, he created a new business architecture providing sustainable operational cost savings for their clients. Kent has a BS in Engineering and an MBA both from Cornell.

Marc Franciosa

Marc Franciosa works with executives and their teams to implement strategy through to execution of complex business transformations. Previously, Marc was VP/CIO at LyondellBasell Industries and CIO of Praxair. His responsibilities included the global Information Technology function, including strategy, digital and analytics, programs, delivery, and cybersecurity, and member of the executive leadership team. Marc has lived in four continents therefore skilled in cross-cultural teams. He holds a US security clearance.

Marc Franciosa

Marc Franciosa works with executives and their teams to implement strategy through to execution of complex business transformations. Walter Hresko leads the Venetia Partner’s S/4HANA practice.  He has been transforming businesses for 30years and optimizing business processes via SAP for 20 years.  Walter was one first consultants globally to work with SAP’s S/4HANA and analytics.  He was previously an SAP Platinum FICO consultant and a 5+ year leader in SAP’s HANA Center of Excellence.  Previously he was a Regional Controller for a global manufacturing company.  Walter holds an BA/BS in Accounting and an MBA.

Glenn Kraskey is a leading business and technology integration expert for the Manage-the-Business process with extensive experience spanning 25+ years.  As one of the original consultants in the SAP/ERP field, Glenn possesses global, expert level know-how with business operations acumen and the configuration/design/deployment of the integrated SAP platform.  Glenn held senior level program and project management roles for global enterprises.

Mark Miller has decades of highly successful entrepreneurial leadership as well as integration and business performance improvement expertise. He is the Founder/CEO of Venetia Partners and SCI receiving numerous service excellence awards as well as the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year award, four Inc500 awards, and two Inc/Cisco Technology awards. Mark also served in Senior roles at Accenture and IBM and holds ChE, MSE, and MBA degrees.

Previously, he was VP of Global Supply Chain for $11B/yr Novelis, leading large operational transitions, and has held roles at Alvarez & Marsal, Perot, Accenture and Alcoa. Education: Master’s degrees in Engineering and Business.

Jerry earned a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.

Jerry Palmer’s expertise is developing and leading large-scale transformation initiatives, and advising Fortune 500 CxOs with their most critical change programs.  He held various leadership positions during his 23 years at Accenture, working with the world’s largest companies on globalization initiatives in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Business/IT Shared Services, Outsourcing and SAP. Jerry earned a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.

 

Dale Rabeneck

Dale Rabeneck is a results-driven leader with proven skills in organization redesign, complex business transformation, global supply chain, manufacturing and distribution operations, IT and systems implementation, profit/cost improvement and project management. He is an expert in organization, process and systems design for supply chain, manufacturing and quality processes within the Chemicals, Defense, Industrial Products, Metals, Mining and Transportation industries.

Phil Tickle

Phil Tickle leads the Venetia Partners Strategy and Business Transformation Practice and is a member of the Executive Committee. With 20+ years of management consulting and executive experience, Phil has worked with senior executives to plan, design and execute complex business transformations, most recently leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT).  He holds an M.B.A and M.S/B.S. in Electrical Engineering.

Phil Tickle

Phil Tickle leads the Venetia Partners Strategy and Business Transformation Practice and is a member of the Executive Committee. With 20+ years of management consulting and executive experience, Phil has worked with senior executives to plan, design and execute complex business transformations, most recently leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT).  He holds an M.B.A and M.S/B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
