Mark Miller has three decades of highly successful entrepreneurial leadership and enterprise transformation expertise, and is Founder/CEO of Venetia Partners receiving numerous service excellence awards. Previously, Mark was Founder/CEO Solutions Consulting, a leading operations/process firm transforming business capabilities for medium/large enterprises. He also served in Senior roles at Accenture and IBM and holds ChE, MSE, and MBA degrees.
Lou Pahountis delivers successful outcomes for companies with complex supply chains and chronic under-performance. For 30 yrs., he’s worked across many industries including Metals and Automotive. Previously, he was VP of Global Supply Chain for $11B/yr Novelis, leading large operational transitions, and has held roles at Alvarez & Marsal, Perot, Accenture and Alcoa. Education: Master’s degrees in Engineering and Business.
Tom Ring has 20+ years of experience in business transformation and SAP, with depth in supply chain planning, shop floor execution, procurement, warehouse management and product definition. Having served as end-to-end process architect many times, he has delivered outcomes for companies across multiple industries by aligning software with process and organizational governance. He was previously with Accenture and Solutions Consulting.
Phil Tickle leads the Venetia Partners Strategy and Business Transformation Practice and is a member of the Executive Committee. With 20+ years of management consulting and executive experience, Phil has worked with senior executives to plan, design and execute complex business transformations, most recently leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT). He holds an M.B.A and M.S/B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
