Glenn Kraskey

Glenn Kraskey is a leading business and technology integration expert for the Manage-the-Business process with extensive experience spanning 25+ years.  As one of the original consultants in the SAP/ERP field, Glenn possesses global, expert level know-how with business operations acumen and the configuration/design/deployment of the integrated SAP platform.  Glenn held senior level program and project management roles for global enterprises.

Mark Miller

Mark Miller has three decades of highly successful entrepreneurial leadership and enterprise transformation expertise, and is Founder/CEO of Venetia Partners receiving numerous service excellence awards. Previously, Mark was Founder/CEO Solutions Consulting, a leading operations/process firm transforming business capabilities for medium/large enterprises. He also served in Senior roles at Accenture and IBM and holds ChE, MSE, and MBA degrees.

Lou Pahountis

Lou Pahountis delivers successful outcomes for companies with complex supply chains and chronic under-performance.  For 30 yrs., he’s worked across many industries including Metals and Automotive. Previously, he was VP of Global Supply Chain for $11B/yr Novelis, leading large operational transitions, and has held roles at Alvarez & Marsal, Perot, Accenture and Alcoa. Education: Master’s degrees in Engineering and Business.

Tom Ring

Tom Ring has 20+ years of experience in business transformation and SAP, with depth in supply chain planning, shop floor execution, procurement, warehouse management and product definition. Having served as end-to-end process architect many times, he has delivered outcomes for companies across multiple industries by aligning software with process and organizational governance. He was previously with Accenture and Solutions Consulting.

Phil Tickle

Phil Tickle leads the Venetia Partners Strategy and Business Transformation Practice and is a member of the Executive Committee. With 20+ years of management consulting and executive experience, Phil has worked with senior executives to plan, design and execute complex business transformations, most recently leveraging the Internet of Things (IoT).  He holds an M.B.A and M.S/B.S. in Electrical Engineering.

Hank Ackerman

Hank Ackerman is an innovative and accomplished supply chain and performance improvement leader. He fixes and builds underperforming, distressed businesses. Established capabilities include end-to-end supply chain, strategy development, process deployment, operational transformation & profit improvement. His extensive manufacturing acumen covers Chemicals, Metals, Paper and Plastics, as well as six years at a restructuring firm.

Dave Andrews

Dave Andrews brings deep business transformation and program management skills from his 30 years of experience in the Chemical, Metals, Distribution and Industrial industries.  He provides leadership for global ERP implementation programs and works with the business for the organizational change required. Dave has spent 25+ years advising Fortune 100 CIOs on key IT investments and transformations.

Christine Bernhard

Christine Bernhard leverages her 20 years of business operations acumen and ERP across industries including Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods Metals and Telecommunications to drive client operational efficiencies and process excellence. Her focus and expertise is in optimizing customer-facing commercial and logistics processes, balanced with end-to-end supply chain integration implications.

Eddie Bowers

Eddie Bowers is a seasoned operator with 18+ years of business and manufacturing experience in the Chemicals industry and 20+ years of business process and systems (SAP) across Aerospace, Consumer Packaged Goods, Utilities, Professional Services, and Mill Products industries. Eddie quickly adapts to specific client needs: from interim plant manager providing on-floor operations support to leading ERP & transformation initiatives.

Kirby Brafford

Kirby Brafford, PMP is a passionate, high-energy and outcome-oriented executive experienced in Business Transformation and Information Technology.   Kirby effectively creates clarity and transparency among teams by driving focus on key business requirements, discerning risks from issues and ensuring alignment with expected outcomes.  Kirby helps organizations identify and adopt industry leading practices with a specific focus in Order-to-Cash and Supply Chain.

Wendy Cashen

Wendy Cashen is a leading supply chain professional with strong operations research, predictive analytics expertise, and unique mastery in Integrated Business Planning, S&OP and network optimization. She operationalizes outcomes for global enterprises, working seamlessly across cultures, languages and countries. Wendy holds dual Masters in Supply Chain from Georgia Tech and Singapore University, and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue.

Steve Christian

Steve Christian is an expert solution architect with 25+ years of experience in the design, implementation and support of enterprise business solutions. Experienced in all major areas of software and application development, Steve has extensive experience in project management and development roles. His combination of management, communication and technical skills facilitates highly optimized solutions utilizing a variety of methodologies.

Nikki Klein

Nikki Klein is a seasoned expert in Finance and Controlling processes and best practices focused on delivering on business outcomes. With 22+ years of SAP experience in finance and cost accounting business transformation, she has concentrated experience working with companies in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Manufacturing, Retail and Transportation. Nikki holds B.A. degrees in English and Psychology.

Ann Lee

Ann Lee is a laser focused, high-energy and outcome-driven executive experienced in Sales & Operation Planning and ERP implementation with 10+ years working with end-to-end cycles. Recent industry focus has been in aluminum, steel, publishing, learning and telecommunications. Ann is APCIS – BSCM certified with degrees from University of Michigan, Nankai University and an M.B.A. from Auburn University.

Steven McGaughey is a planning and manufacturing systems professional with 20+ years of consulting and manufacturing experience. Steven’s expertise in the areas of S&OP, Demand, Supply and production planning process design and improvement has delivered real outcomes to companies across a variety of industries including Consumer Packaged Goods and Pharmaceuticals. He holds an M.B.A. and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Jeff Mullin

Jeff Mullin specializes in the Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Inter-Company and Logistics business areas. He is a skilled practitioner and operator of SAP with 20 years of experience in process design, configuration, and project and application management. Jeff is SAP-certified and an expert in inter-module integration. His industry experience includes Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing and Automotive.

Sam Mullis
